Before the warranty expires, contact Blue Dot with the service or order number to obtain a Return Material Authorization. Return the safe in original or equivalent packaging with shipping prepaid and insured, or accept the risk of loss or damage in transit; remove money and other contents before shipment. Accident, abuse, misuse, electrical-power problems, unauthorized service, failure to follow instructions or perform preventive maintenance, unapproved parts or accessories, missing or altered service tags or serial numbers, and unpaid products are excluded.
