When is emergency lockout help available?

Emergency lockout help is available 24/7. If you’re locked out of a home, business or car anywhere in greater Houston, call (713) 522-5555 and we’ll send a licensed Houston Safe & Lock locksmith.

Should I rekey or replace my locks?

If the lock works and you only need old keys to stop working, after a move, a lost key or a tenant change, rekeying is usually enough: we change the inside of the lock and cut new keys. If the hardware is worn or damaged, or you want a keypad or smart lock, replacing it makes more sense. Not sure? Describe it on the phone and we’ll tell you.

What locksmith services do you offer?

Residential, commercial, electronic security and automotive work: lockouts, rekeying, lock installation and repair, key duplication, master key systems, access control, cameras, alarms, car keys and fobs, and safe and vault access.

Can you open a safe if I’ve lost the combination?

Yes. Safe and vault access is part of our locksmith work, including lost combinations, lost keys and dead keypads. Because we also sell and service safes, we’ll tell you whether the lock should be reset, repaired or replaced afterward.

Do I need to visit a showroom to buy a safe?

No. Many customers buy by phone. But standing in front of a safe tells you more in five minutes than an hour of spec sheets, and our 5,000 sq ft showroom is the largest safe showroom in Texas. Call ahead to confirm a specific model is on the floor.

What does white-glove delivery include?

Our in-house crew reviews the route first (stairs, turns, doorways and floor surface), then brings the safe inside and places it in the approved room. Optional bolt-down can be included in your quote. Delivery and installation are available within approximately 100 miles of Houston.
