- Repair or replacement
- During the one-year warranty period, a covered safe may be repaired or, if repair is not possible, replaced with a comparable new or refurbished product.
Important warranty terms. Coverage begins on the date shown on the packing slip or invoice and is not transferable. Before the warranty expires, contact Blue Dot with the service or order number to obtain a Return Material Authorization. Return the safe in original or equivalent packaging with shipping prepaid and insured, or accept the risk of loss or damage in transit; remove money and other contents before shipment. Accident, abuse, misuse, electrical-power problems, unauthorized service, failure to follow instructions or perform preventive maintenance, unapproved parts or accessories, missing or altered service tags or serial numbers, and unpaid products are excluded.
